Kudikos Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made on the Kudikos learning management platform ("Kudikos" or "Platform"). By making a purchase on Kudikos, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

1.1. Subscription Fees: Subscription fees paid for access to premium features or content on Kudikos are generally non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy.

1.2. Course Fees: Fees paid for individual courses or learning materials on Kudikos may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Requests

2.1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 24hours from the date of purchase.

2.2. Reason for Refund: Refunds will only be granted in cases where the purchased course or learning material is defective, unavailable, or significantly different from what was described on Kudikos.

4.1. No Shows: Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend or participate in a course or event offered on Kudikos, unless the course or event is canceled by Kudikos.
