Kudikos Learning Management Platform - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kudikos Learning Management Platform ("Kudikos"). By accessing or using Kudikos, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Kudikos.
1. Access and Use
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use Kudikos. By using Kudikos, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older.
1.2. User Account: To access certain features of Kudikos, you may be required to register and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. User Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. Ownership: Kudikos and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, are owned or licensed by Kudikos/instructors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2. License: Subject to these Terms, Kudikos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Privacy
3.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of Kudikos is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using Kudikos, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1. Course Fees: Some features of Kudikos may require payment of course fees. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
4.2. Billing: couse payment fees are billed on a once payment basis in accordance with the terms of your course. You authorize Kudikos to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription.
5. Termination
5.1. Termination by Kudikos: Kudikos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kudikos at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
5.2. Termination by User: You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by contacting Kudikos customer support.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. No Warranty: Kudikos is provided on an "as is'' and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Kudikos be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Governing Law
8.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 1999 constitution, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Changes: Kudikos reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on Kudikos. Your continued use of Kudikos after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
